Simplest Caprese Salad

Simplest ever.

Ready?

-1 cup grape tomatoes, cut into pieces
-2 large leaves of kale, chopped into tiny pieces
-1 small summer squash, chopped into pieces (you see a theme, here?)
-1 cup baby balls of mozzarella from Whole Foods or local Italian market
-2 Tbsp fresh pesto, made by someone else (I got mine at Whole Foods but local shops are awesome, too)
-1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-2 tsp balsamic vinegar

OPTIONAL ADDITION: farm fresh sweet corn, cut right off the cob. No cooking necessary.

salt and pepper to taste

Stir.
DONE.

Simple.
