Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.

-Dalai Lama

Everyone likes nice. But being nice is one thing, being truly kind is another. Anyone can be polite, but it goes skin-deep. True kindness and compassion happens when we can truly love another person, for everything they are and everything they are not.

And that includes us.

We're told to follow the Golden Rule, but it's hard. We're human.

So, let's practice it together.

Join me for this free virtual program and I'll share what has worked for me and my kick-ass clients through some major life changes and the stuff of everyday life. You know, those times when it's tempting to "lose it" and take out the pain, frustration and feeling out of control on ourselves or other people--family, friends or that person who took up three seats on the subway. That jerk.

In this free program you will:

-get short daily prompts from me via email to practice kindness for yourself and other people -hang out with like-minded folks in a private Facebook group to share successes and inevitable setbacks -find more inner peace and practice the art of letting go -learn tools to express yourself to get better results -figure out what foods and lifestyle habits can help you be more kind

BONUS KINDNESS OPPORTUNITY:

Cool people like you are opting in to be more kind, but we know some people need more help. That's why advocacy organizations exist, to make kindness into law and common practice. Feel free to donate* to either one of these organizations with your registration. No pressure at all, do what feels right.

*100% of proceeds will be donated equally between these organizations.

Founded in 2001, the Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition (MTPC) is dedicated to ending discrimination on the basis of gender identity and gender expression.

We envision a world where persons of all genders are treated with respect and fully participate in all areas of society, free from fear of prohibition, harassment or violence based on their gender identity and/or expression.

To that end we educate the public, advocate with state, local, and federal government, engage in activism, and encourage empowerment of community members through collective action.

Through strategic litigation, public policy advocacy, and education, Gay & Lesbian Advocates & Defenders works in New England and nationally to create a just society free of discrimination based on gender identity and expression, HIV status, and sexual orientation.
